As far as the riot side is concerned. I'm thinking we'll need to make it last, and timing will be everything.

-We'll need a way to communicate. So I'll have Sal get some burner phones.
-If we can get some pyrotechnics, that or smoke grenades jury rigged to go off at some point that'd be helpful.

I'm thinking we run the concert like a regular concert. Then when the team needs us we have them call and start the riot. Feel free to let me know if you think of something else.

Consider yourself used. He needs rubber bullets for a heavy pistol, which are cheap but not gonna be easy to buy as a civvy. Not sure what to purchase for the pyrotechnics so if Birb will put a price down on that Sal can go from there. Also sadly his cash budget is currently 500 eds. The dude is loaded but cheap, go figure. So while he can't pay upfront for anything exceeding that amount, he can write a check that is payable in the event of his death. Just an FYI for your accounting purposes
